Service Description

Create a beautiful piece of your own unique printed linen, then learn to make this into a lampshade! You will start the day, guided by Katie, from Smitten Design, through some simple but effective techniques to decorate a piece of Linen. Let your mind off the hook and get lost in some therapeutic pattern repeats, using simple stamp making. All materials are provided, including a carefully curated range of textile inks. After a luscious lunch, the afternoon will be spent learning to make your very own 30cm straight sided drum lampshade suitable for table lamp or pendant, using your printed linen. Claire from Oscuro will begin with a demo and then you will be making your own with her guidance. Everything provided. No prior experience or sewing skills required. Cancellation Policy

Costs to hold these classes are undertaken in advance and cannot be cancelled by us without 10 working days notice, if we do not have a minimum of x4 bookings, the class cannot go ahead. If you need to cancel then we ask that you please do so 14 days ahead of class date and we will try to offer a reschedule date. Later cancellations or no shows cannot be refunded.
